I fasted 47 hours last week

Well not all at once. If you read my previous post, you’ll see my what my plan to start fasting was. I also wrote why I wanted to start fasting, as well as the initial research I did about it.

All in all, my first week was a good experience, and I’m gonna do it again this week. Here’s a rough story of my fasting experience last week.

Last Sunday at church, the pastor talked about Spiritual Fasting. I knew I wanted to experience the spiritual benefits. But still, I’ve been eating 6x a day since March!
